MTU'S NATIONAL CHEMISTRY WEEK 2006
National Chemistry Week was a SMASHING success this year!
We recruited potential members, and new found admirers of Chemistry, as well as had tons of fun.
The week was sprinkled with events, including:
Freezing Marshmellows, Gummy Bears and other things with Liquid Nitrogen
Making your own slime with household items (Glue and Borax)
Putting Mentos in Diet Pepsi Bottles
Mixing Vinegar and Baking Soda
Giving away ACS T-Shirts, Stress Balls, and tons of other Chemistry Goodies
and...
